SCIENTE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Analyst to join the IT Applications team in Singapore.

You will support in‑house applications, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specs. You will participate in testing, UAT, and ensure project milestones are met across multiple systems. The role requires 4–6 years of BA experience, strong process analysis skills, SQL basics, and excellent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst delivering and supporting IT applications.
• Experience in gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis and documentation.
• Strong interest in business process analysis and re‑engineering.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and ability to read/write queries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with ability to develop innovative solutions.
• CBAP certification is preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements with business users/product owners for multiple applications.
• Translate needs into functional and technical specifications for developers.
• Create and execute testing plans and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Track and report project progress, issues, and risks to ensure milestones.
• Support multiple application systems and platforms concurrently.
• Adhere to organizational and project standards and guidelines.

Mandatory Skill‑set

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science;
• Must have 4-6 years of experience in a Business Analyst role in delivering and supporting IT applications;
• Must have experience in gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, and preparing documentation;
• Demonstrated understanding of business needs with a strong interest in business process analysis and re‑engineering;
• Foundational knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write and understand queries;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders;
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to develop innovative solutions.

Desired Skill‑set

• Experience in Hospitality/ Leisure based applications;
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certified.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for working with business users/product owners to gather business requirements, supporting multiple applications systems and platforms;
• Translate business needs to ensure that developers and business users have a common consent;
• Articulate business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications;
• Create and execute testing plans and coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT);
• Facilitate the tracking and reporting of project progress, issues, and risks to ensure timely delivery of project milestones;
• Proficient in concurrently supporting multiple application systems and platforms;
• Adhere to the organization and project standards & guidelines.
