Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Application Manager to collaborate with business stakeholders and lead the analysis, documentation and delivery of enterprise applications. The role focuses on gathering requirements, mapping business processes, and ensuring timely, quality IT solutions.

You will review SDLC, oversee ERP/HRIS/CRM systems, manage vendor engagements, and provide ongoing application support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise or regional application management, including maintenance, enhancements and project delivery.
• SDLC and enterprise application architecture knowledge including application, infrastructure, integration and security.
• Experience with enterprise business applications such as ERP, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Billing or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders on requirements and translate to specifications.

• Perform technical reviews, test scenario creation and testing for IT projects
• Lead discussions with ITD and vendors to define scope, timeline and ensure on-time delivery
• Provide proactive communications and status updates to stakeholders and ITD management
• Ensure effective application support meeting SLAs and act as liaison between end users and development team
• Assist Project Team in managing vendors for application evolutions, maintenance and support tasks.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders on business and non-functional requirements to ensure they are well gathered and documented, translate to specifications.


• Perform analysis (data, business process mapping, system flows), business case and functional documentation, and facilitate workshops on requirement discussions/gathering.


• Perform technical reviews, test scenario creation and reviews, testing and support deployment for IT projects


• Lead discussion with ITD and/or vendors to identify appropriate IT solutions, establish scope and timeline, and monitor the deliverables are achieved on time and with quality


• Proactive communications and status update to business stakeholders, and ITD management.


• Ensure effective solution/application support to business users and issue resolution within agreed service level by working with the respective ITD/vendor teams. Provide link between end users and development team regarding software functionality.


• Support Project Team to manage vendors to deliver application evolutions, maintenance and support tasks.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, or related field.


• At least 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise or regional application management, including application maintenance, enhancements, and project delivery.


• Professional certifications such as CBAP, Scrum Master, PMP, or ITIL are an advantage.


• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and enterprise application architecture, including application, infrastructure, integration, and security components.


• Experience with enterprise business applications such as ERP, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Billing, or CRM systems.
