Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Business Analyst to support the operation and continuous improvement of digital systems for a government agency. You will work with users, Helpdesk teams, technical teams and vendors to resolve issues and deliver system enhancements.

The role involves coordinating with vendors, conducting UAT and testing, and documenting business and functional requirements. You will ensure SLAs are met and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT systems.
• Experience with Helpdesk, application support teams and software vendors.
• Good understanding of incident, problem and service request management and SLAs.
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, UAT and functional testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/Engineering/Architecture/Business.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day system operations, incidents and service requests within SLAs.

• Analyse user-reported issues and assist with root-cause analysis and resolution.

Desirable

• Public-sector or government project experience.
• Experience with BIM / 3D modelling tools such as Autodesk Revit or BIM Collab.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence or similar tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL / Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Experience working in multi-vendor environments.
