Job summary

COMBUILDER PTE LTD is seeking a Business Analyst to gather and document requirements, translate them into stories and specs, and drive process improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting and support QA/testing activities to ensure quality deliverables.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and applying Design Thinking to user needs, with exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro and FigJam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong software/IT background.
• Hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• At least 1 year of QA/testing experience, including manual testing and defect management.
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking and user-centred design.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Miro, FigJam or similar tools.
