Job summary

RMA CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking a Business Analyst to develop process flows, user journeys, and functional specs for corporate banking needs. You will define requirements with Product Owners for account services, payments, cash management, corporate cards, trade finance, loans, and user administration.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure usable screen designs and coordinate with technology teams to translate requirements into scalable designs.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Banking & Finance or Information Technology.
• At least 5 years of experience in banking/financial services.
• Hands-on experience in Corporate/Business Banking preferred.
• Digital banking or banking transformation project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop business process flows, user journeys and functional specs reflecting client and internal needs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define requirements for banking capabilities (accounts, payments, cash management, corporate cards, trade finance, loans, user admin).
• Work with UX/UI designers to ensure screens meet usability standards and align with requirements.
• Liaise with tech teams to translate business needs into scalable technical design.
• Perform UAT test case reviews and acceptance criteria per requirements.
• Validate UAT test outputs as part of the delivery process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop business process flows, user journeys, and functional specifications that reflect the needs of corporate clients and internal teams.


• Work closely with Product Owners to define and document functional and non-functional requirements for business banking capabilities such as account services, payments, cash management, corporate cards, trade finance, loans and user administration.


• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure screen designs meet business banking us ability standards and align with functional requirements.


• Liaise with technology teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical design in a scalable manner.


• Perform UAT test case review and acceptance criteria in line with the requirements


• Validate UAT test outputs

Requirements:

• Degree in a Banking & Finance/Information Systems Information Technology


• 5 years of experience in banking/Financial services


• Preferably hands-on experience in Corporate/Business Banking


• Good to have digital banking or banking transformation project is an advantage


• This a Contract role for One year/extendable
