Job summary

Anradus Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Technology Consultant to deploy Real Estate Property/Asset Management software across the Asia Pacific region. You will engage clients to define needs, design migration workflows, and configure systems to meet specifications.

The role requires 3+ years in consulting and software deployment, strong SQL/RDBMS skills, and ability to travel for occasional business trips. Training will be provided and a permanent position is offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science/IT or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of consulting and software deployment experience.
• Proficient with SQL Server or other Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Real Estate Property/ Asset Management software across the Asia Pacific region.
• Facilitate user engagement sessions to gather functional needs and define implementation strategies.
• Design data migration workflows and execute system configuration setup.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and tailor solutions to client requirements.
• Deliver hands‑on training and offer ongoing support to clients after system rollout.

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting and software deployment.
• Proficient in SQL Server or other Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Skilled in report generation tools like MSSQL Reporting Services and experienced in Transact‑SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge with accounting systems and workflows is highly preferred.
• Exposure to the real estate or accounting sectors is an added advantage—training will be provided.
• Willing to travel for occasional business trip.
