Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Pega applications in a GCC environment and using Jira Service Management or similar tools.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methods.

• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Completion Bonus
• Duration: 1 year contract role

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business users and stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyse, document, and validate functional, data, and technical requirements for Pega-based solutions.
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Assess solution gaps, impacts, and effort required for change requests and enhancements.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and architects to clarify requirements and support solution design.
• Coordinate system testing, User Acceptance Testing, regression testing, and pre-release validation to ensure solution quality.
• Triage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and defects, including reviewing root causes, proposed fixes, resolution, and escalation.
• Coordinate release planning, deployment, post-release verification, defect resolution, and configuration changes across test and production environments.
• Monitor application performance, scheduled jobs, and operational issues to maintain stable daily operations.
• Work with vendors and internal technical teams on security updates, certificate management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance activities.
• Prepare and maintain requirement specifications, process documents, test cases, release notes, and operational reports.
• Provide stakeholders with progress updates, issue tracking, and reports to support timely decision-making.
• Assist with data migration, archival, and system transition activities when required.
• Provide functional and incident support for Pega-based applications, coordinating with vendors and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related system-delivery roles.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, testing, production support, incident management, and releases.
• Experience supporting Pega applications in a GCC environment and using Jira Service Management or similar tools.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methods.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Jira/JSM, Confluence, Visio, and related tools; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
