Job summary

ICON SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks a mid-to-senior Business Analyst to join its SAP Delivery Center in Singapore. You will bridge client stakeholders and SAP teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and supporting solution design to ensure end-user adoption.

The role is client-facing, requiring strong workshop facilitation, SAP experience, and willingness to travel across APAC. You will collaborate across SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM) and support end-to-end project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years' experience as a Business Analyst, including exposure to SAP or other ERP implementations.
• Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements in client-facing or consulting environments.
• Knowledge of core SAP modules and end-to-end business processes (e.g. Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire).
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills, with the confidence to manage differing client expectations.
• Willingness to travel within APAC as engagements require.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document and validate business requirements from client stakeholders across SAP implementation, enhancement and support engagements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows and user stories for SAP consultants and developers.
• Conduct current-state and future-state analyses, identifying gaps against SAP best-practice processes.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and design walkthroughs with client business and IT stakeholders.
• Support the end-to-end project lifecycle — discovery, design, configuration support, SIT/UAT testing and go-live, in coordination with the delivery team.
• Coordinate across SAP functional workstreams to ensure business requirements remain aligned throughout delivery.
• Prepare business process documentation, training materials and change-management collateral to support end-user adoption.
• Maintain requirements traceability and support formal client sign-off against agreed acceptance criteria.
• Contribute business analysis input to proposals and scoping for prospective engagements, as required.

About the Role

We are looking for amid-to-senior Business Analyst to join our SAP Delivery Center. You will act as the bridge between client business stakeholders and our SAP functional and technical teams, translating business needs into clear requirements, supporting solution design, and helping ensure our delivery engagements land well for the client's end users. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who is equally comfortable in a workshop with business stakeholders and reviewing a functional specification with a consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document and validate business requirements from client stakeholders across SAP implementation, enhancement and support engagements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows and user stories for SAP functional consultants and developers.
• Conduct current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be)process analysis, identifying gaps against SAP best-practice processes.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and design walkthroughs with client business and IT stakeholders.
• Support the end-to-end project lifecycle — discovery, design, configuration support, SIT/UAT testing and go-live — in coordination with the delivery team.
• Coordinate across SAP functional workstreams (e.g.FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM) to ensure business requirements remain aligned throughout delivery.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• 4–8 years' experience as a Business Analyst, including exposure to SAP or other major ERP implementations (SAP strongly preferred;Oracle, Salesforce or Workday also considered).
• Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting functional requirements in a client-facing or consulting environment.
• Working knowledge of core SAP modules and end-to-end business processes (e.g. Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report,Hire-to-Retire).
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills, with the confidence to manage differing client expectations.
• Experience with business process modelling (BPMN, Visio or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate between technical and business language fluently.
• Business analysis certification (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA) is an advantage, not a requirement.
• Willingness to travel within APAC as engagements require.
