Job summary

Temus in Singapore is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to collaborate with clients, elicit requirements, and translate business problems into clear specifications guiding project delivery.

You will work with project teams through the development life cycle, conduct UAT and training, and provide ongoing support to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Consulting or IT system implementation
• Proficient in Requirements Gathering, Configuration & Development, SIT, UAT, Training, Go-Live Support and Application support to users
• Excellent analytical skills, able to understand and articulate business problem statement and use cases concisely
• Self-motivated and able to take direction and work resourcefully and independently
• Have good communication and writing skills
• Be able and willing to understand new technologies quickly

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct internal UAT based on business workflow and user scenarios
• Plan and conduct training to end users, and internal support teams as required
• Support post-production deployment verification for any product feature release
