The role emphasizes RBAC design, process mapping, risk management, and collaboration with design and QA teams to deliver clear, testable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Trade and Supplier Financing business analysis. 8-10 years.
• Experience in Corporate Payments business analysis. 5 years.
• Experience in Digital Channels. 5 years+.
• Strong understanding of entitlement models, including user access, roles, and authorization frameworks.
• Agile product development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design user journeys and customer experiences for Trade/Payment Front-End Corporate Banking platforms.
• Deep knowledge of LC, Collections, Bank Guarantees/SBLC, Invoice Financing, Factoring/SCF.
• Understand Domestic and Cross Border Payments flows.
• Perform requirements analysis & elicitation and define functional specs.
• Develop and maintain RBAC to ensure appropriate access per role.
• Analyze and document current vs. to-be processes; assess impact and effort.

Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of designing user journeys and customer experiences for Trade and Payment Front-End Corporate Banking platforms.
• Strong Trade Domain Knowledge in the following areas:
  • Letter of Credit (LC)
  • Collections
  • Bank Guarantees / SBLC
  • Invoice Financing
  • Factoring / Supply Chain Finance
• Strong knowledge of Domestic and Cross Border Payments
• Requirements Analysis & Elicitation
• Responsible to identify and define detailed functional specifications based on the business requirements document
• Design and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks to ensure users receive appropriate access based on their responsibilities and organizational hierarchy
• Analyse and document the "to-be" business and operation processes based on the agreed requirements and / or function points, perform impact assessment and estimation
• Monitor and manage risks /issues related to requirements and scope-creep
• Team Collaboration
• Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
• Assist in translating business requirements into test scenarios.
• Facilitate / provide "Train-the-Trainer" on application enhancements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge base related to application features and processes (subject matter expertise)
• Testing & Scope Management
• Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request)
• Perform impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request
• Good knowledge in financial services policies, procedures, products and industry practices.
• Strong negotiation skills

• Strong working knowledge of relevant applications and development life cycles

  • Strong understanding of corporate channel entitlement models, including user access, roles, and authorization frameworks.
  • Proven experience in corporate banking channels with strong expertise in entitlement management, including user access controls, role-based permissions, and authorization frameworks.
  • Capturing, analysing and eliciting business Requirements: Elaborating JIRA stories
  • Agile product development experience
• Nice to haves are:
  • Knowledge of features offered by competitors such as DBS / Citibank etc
  • Knowledge of Technology trends eg. how does a digital bank approach digital channels?
• Personal Qualities:
  • Articulate well. Clarity in analysing and writing business requirements
