Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in maritime operations or clerical support for bunker tanker activities.
• Familiarity with Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) regulations and bunkering documentation.
• Strong organizational skills applied to managing documentation and operational tasks.
• Attention to detail in verifying quantities and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate documentation to support bunker tanker operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with vessel crew and cargo officers to verify bunker quantities and oversee delivery processes
• Liaise with customers and port authorities to serve as the primary contact for operational and documentation matters
• Assist in maintaining compliance with Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) regulations by keeping accurate records and preparing reports
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to support smooth bunkering activities
