Job summary

EASY MARINE SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a bunkering operations specialist to oversee cargo transfers on bunker barges using Emerson and Endress+Hauser MFM systems.

You will perform MFM zero verifications, calibrations, and review transaction reports with the Chief Officer and MFM Technician, ensuring accuracy and safety.

The role requires securing seals, applying ullage/sounding and Coriolis MFM methods, and maintaining compliance with SS600, TR48, and SS648.

Qualifications

• Bunker operations and safety awareness.
• Familiarity with MFM equipment and batch verification processes.
• Ability to read and interpret MFM reports and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Manage bunker cargo operations onboard bunker barges using Emerson and Endress+Hauser MFM systems.
• Conduct MFM zero verification, calibration and verification with the Chief Officer and MFM Technician.
• Retrieve and review MFM transaction reports, graphs and diagnostic logs for quantity verification and discrepancy investigation.
• Verify MFM security seals before and after bunker transfers.
• Use ullage/sounding and Coriolis MFM methods for bunker quantity measurement and reconciliation.
• Safeguard cargo quality and quantity and troubleshoot operational discrepancies during bunker transfers.
• Ensure compliance with SS600, TR48 and SS648 requirements.
