Job summary

ZENERGY ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a facilities technician to join our maintenance team.

You will inspect building, mechanical and electrical services and equipment, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of M&E systems including plumbing, electrical, aircon, painting and general handyman repairs. The role requires a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Facility Management and a good understanding of M&E systems, plus willingness to continue learning and at least two

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Facility Management or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of maintenance processes and methods.
• Good understanding of M&E systems.
• Willingness to continue learning.
• Two years’ experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Inspection of building, mechanical and electrical services and equipment
