ENGIE South East Asia is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead in-house technicians and coordinate with service providers to ensure quality and contractual compliance. You will oversee M&E systems, HVAC and electrical maintenance, and drive safety compliance while resolving issues promptly.

Manage and supervise in-house technicians and outsourced service providers to ensure service quality, contractual compliance, and operational excellence.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building M&E systems.
Troubleshoot facility and equipment issues, and coordinate with specialist contractors for timely resolution.
Ensure all maintenance works comply with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and site procedures.
Take ownership of facility-related issues and follow through to resolution.
Support day-to-day facilities operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of Facilities Management or Building Services experience.
Hands-on experience with Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, including HVAC and electrical systems.
Experience managing contractors, service providers, and maintenance activities.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Proactive, independent, and able to work effectively with stakeholders and teams.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
