Job summary

ENGIE South East Asia is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead in-house technicians and coordinate with service providers to ensure quality and contractual compliance. You will oversee M&E systems, HVAC and electrical maintenance, and drive safety compliance while resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building Services, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Facilities Management or Building Services experience.
• Hands-on experience with Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, including HVAC and electrical systems.
• Experience managing contractors, service providers, and maintenance activities.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Proactive, independent, and able to work effectively with stakeholders and teams.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
