Job summary

SPIRAL TRANSPORTATION & SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a diligent Facilities Co-ordinator to assist in maintaining building facilities. You will support servicing, inspections, and re-certification of equipment, and help coordinate routine upkeep across sites.

The role requires a Diploma in M&E or Civil Engineering, at least two years of related experience, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. You will liaise with contractors and help ensure security for locked venues.

Qualifications

• Diploma in M&E or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years of work experience in Facilities & Building Management.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and be proactive.

Responsibilities

• Assist in timely servicing, inspection and re-certification of facilities equipment.
• Undertake minor repair and maintenance work.
• Conduct daily facilities inspections to identify defects.
• Determine and analyze causes of defects, breakdowns and faults; provide prevention suggestions.
• Liaise and supervise contractors on facilities repair/renovation to ensure high standards.
• Ensure only authorized users access locked venues.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
