You will promote HVAC/ACMV, electrical or building systems solutions and oversee the full sales cycle from technical consultation to project award. You will build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers and end customers, prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years' experience in B2B sales within Building Services, M&E, HVAC/ACMV or related industries.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage existing accounts in Building Services / M&E.
• Promote and sell HVAC, ACMV, electrical or building systems solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from technical consultation and quotation to project award.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers and end customers.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver suitable solutions.
• Monitor market trends, projects and competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
