Job summary

east tan engineering pte. ltd. is seeking a sales professional to grow its air-conditioning installation, maintenance and repair business in Singapore. The role focuses on developing strategies, winning new clients, and meeting monthly and annual targets.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline.
At least 3 years of sales or business development experience.
Experience in air-conditioning, M&E, construction or engineering industry preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the company's air-conditioning installation, maintenance and repair business.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and follow up on project progress.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research and analyse competitors' activities.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Attend client meetings and industry networking events.
