Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks a property management professional to oversee rental properties and supervise contractor repairs. You will assist the Managing Director in daily operations and develop preventive maintenance schedules to ensure building reliability.

The role requires 6 years in the field, good English and Mandarin communication, and a valid vehicle with a transport allowance. Singaporean or PR applicants only.

Qualifications

• Must possess own vehicle (generous transport allowance will be provided)
• GCE A level or Diploma in Building Maintenance or equivalent
• 6 years experience in the relevant field
• Good organisational, communication (English & Mandarin) and interpersonal skills
• Service-Oriented
• Only Singaporean and permanent residents may apply
