Job summary

Weho Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Singapore. You will respond to fault reports, conduct site inspections, and coordinate maintenance with suppliers to meet quality standards. You’ll manage procurement, ensure safety compliance, and prepare documentation for billing and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in building operations or facilities management, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Building Services, FM or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in building operations or construction.
• Knowledge of maintenance, procurement and contractor coordination.
• Familiarity with RAP, PTW and safety requirements is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and document control.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to fault reports and maintenance requests from sites.
• Conduct site inspections and liaise with clients to assess needs.
• Coordinate repair, replacement and maintenance with suppliers/subcontractors.
• Monitor progress to ensure on-time completion and quality standards.
• Prepare required documentation and maintain accurate records.
