Job summary

BUILDWORKS CREATIVE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to supervise the day-to-day business operations, administration and coordination of construction projects.

The role supports management to ensure efficient operations, manpower coordination, and compliance. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring activities, coordinating with project managers and site teams, handling supplier relations, documentation, and reporting to the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in administration or business operations.
• Experience coordinating staff, customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of quotations, purchase orders, invoices and general documentation.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and administration of the company.
• Plan and coordinate operational activities across projects.
• Coordinate construction projects with project teams.
• Manage admin staff and manpower allocation.
• Monitor project schedules and operational requirements.
• Review quotations, purchase orders and invoices.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare management reports and provide updates to senior management.
• Develop procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Support business development and maintain client relationships.
