Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Building, Construction or a related field.
• Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
• Experience handling Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works within construction projects will be an advantage.
• Good project coordination and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Well-organised, responsible, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Good problem-solving skills and a positive working attitude.
• A good team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in organising, coordinating and implementing site supervision activities and daily site operations.
• Coordinate and arrange site works and other construction-related activities.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure works are completed on schedule and according to project specifications.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials meet the required quality, type and dimensions.
• Liaise with site personnel, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of works.
• Compile technical submissions and prepare documentation for O&M submission.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of project records, reports and site-related correspondence.
• Assist the Project Manager in resolving site coordination issues and following up on outstanding matters.
• Support the Project Manager in maintaining overall project efficiency and ensuring timely project completion.
