Job summary

• Knowledge of asset strategies, budgets, and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of property professionals and manage multiple areas including financial, OH&S, HR, negotiation and contracting.
• Develop asset strategies and plans to fulfil client objectives.
• Ensure asset plan expenditure savings targets are achieved.
• Deliver high-quality service reflected by client feedback.
• Ensure asset management services are developed, implemented, and maintained.
