Job summary

JLL in Singapore seeks an experienced asset/property manager responsible for overall performance of the property, staff management, and achievement of asset outcomes.

The role involves leading a team across transactional finance, OH&S, HR, negotiation and contracting; developing asset strategies; ensuring budget and KPI targets are met; and maintaining building systems with a strong focus on safety and client service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property/asset management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Solid budgeting, financial reporting and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to client on operational requirements of the property.
• Develop asset strategies and plans for the asset.
• Manage budget preparation and financial reporting.
• Oversee maintenance, safety and compliance of building systems.
• Coordinate recruitment, training and succession planning for staff.
