Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform routine checks and maintenance on electrical, HVAC, compressed air and chilled-water systems at Alexandra Road. You will coordinate servicing with contractors and supervise vendors during maintenance and renovations.

The role requires a minimum NTC in Facilities/Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services with about 2 years of IFM/building maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum NTC in Facilities / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services
• 2 years of experience in IFM, building maintenance and facilities support
• Ability to supervise contractors and perform basic troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine checks and maintenance of electrical, air-conditioning, compressed air and chilled-water systems.
• Coordinate with contractors for regular servicing and emergency repairs.
• Supervise contractors and vendors during maintenance and renovation works.
• Ensure AHU rooms, electrical switch rooms and equipment areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Monitor maintenance and repair works to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Perform hands-on repairs for plumbing, sanitary, electrical and general building maintenance works, where authorised.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of telephone line issues.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Basic $2,600 - $3,100 + VB

• Working location:Alexandra Road

• Working Days: 5.5 days (alternate Saturday)

• Working Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm / 9.00am – 1.00pm
