The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician in Singapore to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, including electrical, air-conditioning, and plumbing.

You will liaise with contractors, supervise contractors during renovations, ensure cleanliness of equipment rooms, and oversee works by external vendors to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.

Qualificações

• Minimum NITEC education in Facilities, Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services.
• Preferably 2 years of building maintenance and facilities support experience.
• Certificate in Building Maintenance/Building Inspection is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building facilities, including electrical systems, air-conditioning systems, compressed air systems, and chilled-water systems.
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors for scheduled servicing, maintenance works, and emergency repairs to ensure smooth daily operations of the facility.
• Supervise contractors and vendors during renovation and upgrading projects to ensure timely completion and a seamless transition to newly renovated areas.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of equipment rooms, including AHU (Air Handling Unit) and electrical switch rooms.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation works carried out by external vendors and contractors, ensuring quality workmanship and cost-effective solutions.
• Carry out hands-on maintenance and repair works involving electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and general building systems.
• Troubleshoot and rectify basic faults related to telephone lines and communication systems.

• Salary: $2,400 - $3,100


• Working days & hours: 5.25 days (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm) (Alternate Sat, 9am – 1pm)
