Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance across electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems in our building portfolio in Singapore. The role includes coordinating with contractors for servicing, repairs, and renovations to ensure smooth operations and timely handovers.

The ideal candidate will maintain AHU rooms and other plant areas, conduct basic fault-finding on telecom lines, and perform minor electrical and plumbing

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building facilities, including electrical systems, air-conditioning systems, compressed air systems and chilled-water systems.
• Liaise with contractors to coordinate scheduled servicing, maintenance activities and emergency repairs to ensure the building remains operational.
• Coordinate and monitor contractors during renovation works to support the smooth handover and transition into newly renovated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in air handling unit (AHU) rooms, switch rooms and other designated plant areas to ensure equipment and facilities are kept in good condition.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance, repair and renovation works with contractors and vendors, monitoring work quality, costs and completion timelines.
• Carry out hands-on maintenance and minor repairs involving sanitary and plumbing systems, electrical installations and general building works, within the scope of relevant qualifications and authorisations.
• Perform basic fault-finding checks on telephone lines and coordinate further repairs when necessary.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to facilities maintenance and building operations as assigned.
