Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a facilities technician to perform routine building inspections, maintain electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, and coordinate with external contractors. This role includes preventive maintenance and safety compliance with regulatory standards, along with updating maintenance records and supporting office layout changes.

The position is a 1-year contract (renewable) with a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule and up to S$5,600 per month.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine building inspections, maintenance and minor repairs.
• Maintain electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, plumbing and sanitary systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot facility breakdowns.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers.
• Support fire safety checks and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain maintenance records and support office layout changes, furniture installation and equipment relocation.
