Job summary

WHIZ LINK MANPOWER in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Technician for a 1-year contract Renewable, located at Gul Circle. The role covers management of facilities operations and supporting fire-safety related tasks, with a 5-day work week from 8am to 5pm.

You will conduct checks on building repairs, rectify defects, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with on-site contractors, security, and pest control.

Responsibilities

• Manage Facilities Management operations and activities
• Assist with Facilities Management and Fire Safety Related issues
• Conduct checks on building repairs and rectify defects and perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• Liaise and manage on site contractors, security, pest control etc.
• Attend to defects and faults reported on site, conduct investigation and determine cause of defect.
• Liaise with contractors and 3rd party maintenance teams on schedule preventive maintenance.
• Fire Safety certificate is an advantage
