SARATECH CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage full set accounts, GST reporting, and monthly closes.

You will collaborate with teams to generate invoices, monitor cash flow, and maintain internal controls. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, handling government submissions, managing workers’ permits and certificates, and preparing monthly and annual reports.

Qualifications

• Possess at least Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Certification in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 2 year of working experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Prepare full set of accounts (AP, AR, bank reconciliation).
• Close accounts and perform GST and financial reports.
• Work with marketing team to generate invoices and payroll.
• Manage cash flow and internal control.
• Liaise with different teams and clients to ensure smooth flow of operations.
• Handle MOM and other government related submissions and matters.
• Monitor and ensure the workers’ permits and certificates are valid and updated accordingly.
• Develop and improve data model.
• Analyse and evaluate foreign workers and clients issues and feedback to improve client satisfaction.
• Resolve workers complaints (if required).
• Monitor, evaluate and update workers attendance.
• To assist in the preparation of monthly reports, annual capital and operating budgets and other relevant reports.
• Other ad-hoc activities.
