Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a tertiary diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Able to commit Full-time for a minimum of 4 months.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Outgoing personality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word (including mail merge), Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
• AI skills (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot, Power BI) are an advantage.
• Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, dependability and conscientiousness.
• Collaborative team player.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the business development managers in terms of generating quotations with a guided checklist and underwriting tool.
• Facilitate all new business, endorsements and renewal procurement process with internal stakeholders (e.g., policy management team).
• Update sales reports and pipeline reporting.
• Cover Note issuances for all lines of business.
• Assist to edit quotations.
• Extract claims data for BDM to facilitate renewal discussions.
• Assist with Allianz events (Sales Campaign, Townhall).
• Liaise with intermediaries on all support duties for BDMs to improve operational efficiency within the team.
• Any other duties as assigned.
• All General Lines of business from Retail to Commercial Insurance Products.
