Job summary

Allianz Insurance Singapore (AIS) is seeking a dedicated individual to support the Agency Business Development team in expanding General Insurance distribution and achieving sales targets.

The role is a full-time opportunity suitable for a diploma holder and involves assisting in sales reporting, policy administration, recruitment, training and events, plus initiatives to automate processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a tertiary diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• Able to commit Full-time for min. 4 months.
• Possess good interpersonal & communication skill, both written and spoken.
• Possess computer competency such as MS office software applications, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
• AI-Skills e.g. ChatGPT and Microsoft CoPilot an advantage.
• Highly motivated individual keen on self-development as well as working together as a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Development Managers in the preparation of sales reports.
• Support the Business Development team’s policy administration needs (new business and policy renewals process, including case log, cover note, placement instructions and documentation follow ups).
• Support the planning and execution of recruitment, training and events.
• Support process transformation and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
• Any other duties as required to facilitate and optimise the business development process.
