Allianz Insurance Singapore is offering a Business Development Support Intern role within the Broker Channel Team. You will support the Business Development Manager in growth activities, including quotations, endorsements, renewals, and reporting.

The role requires a full-time commitment for at least 4 months, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Power BI is a plus. This is an engaging opportunity in a fast-growing insurer.

Competenze

• Pursuing or completed a tertiary diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Able to commit Full-time for a minimum of 4 months.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Outgoing personality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word (including mail merge), Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
• AI skills (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot, Power BI) are an advantage.
• Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, dependability and conscientiousness.
• Collaborative team player.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Mansioni

• Support the business development managers in terms of generating quotations with a guided checklist and underwriting tool.
• Facilitate all new business, endorsements and renewal procurement process with internal stakeholders (e.g., policy management team).
• Update sales reports and pipeline reporting.
• Cover Note issuances for all lines of business.
• Assist to edit quotations.
• Extract claims data for BDM to facilitate renewal discussions.
• Assist with Allianz events (Sales Campaign, Townhall).
• Liaise with intermediaries on all support duties for BDMs to improve operational efficiency within the team.
• Any other duties as assigned.
• All General Lines of business from Retail to Commercial Insurance Products.

Our Opportunity

As the Business Development Support Intern, you will be part of the Broker Channel Team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Business Development Manager in various aspects of the broker channel’s growth and development.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Support the business development managers in terms of:
