Job summary

JP JEMS PTE. LTD. is seeking a bridal consultant in Singapore to guide brides from consultation to booking, recommending gowns by body shape, style, and vision.

You’ll manage appointments via WhatsApp and CRM, keep the showroom pristine, and collaborate on packaging and cross-brand touchpoints. Candidates should have at least 2 years in bridal studios, strong style sense, warm empathy, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in bridal studios.
• Front the business with a strong eye for style and warm, empathetic manner.
• Ability to juggle multiple appointments and put nervous clients at ease.

Responsibilities

• Guide brides through consultations and fittings, recommending gowns based on body shape, personal style, and wedding vision.
• Manage your own appointment flow (WhatsApp, CRM) and keep the showroom in excellent condition.
• Collaborate with the team on packaging and cross-brand touch points.
