Job summary

The Ivory in Singapore is seeking an experienced Bridal Consultant who is warm, polished and commercially driven, with a genuine passion for bridal and delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will conduct personalised bridal consultations, guide brides through gown selection, and develop product knowledge across designers, fabrics and customisation options to create a calm, elevated journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in bridal or luxury retail or a related client-facing sales role.
• Strong interest in bridal fashion and luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and polished when engaging high-touch clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalised bridal consultations and guide brides through gown selection.
• Understand each bride's preferences and wedding plans to recommend gowns.

• Build relationships with brides and provide attentive service throughout the journey.

• Collaborate with alterations, operations and wider team for an elevated experience.
• Support trunk shows, designer launches, showcases and events.

We are looking for an experienced Bridal Consultant who is warm, polished and commercially driven, with a genuine passion for bridal and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Job Description

• Conduct personalised bridal consultations and guide brides through the gown selection process with confidence and expertise.
• Understand each bride's preferences, wedding plans and requirements to recommend gowns that best suit her vision and needs.
• Develop strong product knowledge across our designers, collections, fabrics, silhouettes and customisation options.
• Build meaningful relationships with brides and provide attentive service throughout the entire bridal journey.
• Confidently present and communicate the value of our gowns, designers and services.
• Manage appointments from initial consultation through fittings, alterations and final collection.
• Follow up with clients and maintain accurate records to support a seamless customer journey.
• Work closely with the alterations, operations and wider team to ensure a smooth and elevated bridal experience.
• Support trunk shows, designer launches, showcases and other events.
• Contribute towards individual and boutique sales targets while maintaining a consultative and client-first approach.
• Maintain the boutique's presentation and service standards at all times.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in bridal, luxury fashion, premium retail or a related client-facing sales role.
• Strong interest in bridal fashion and luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and polished in engaging with high-touch clients.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with the ability to guide clients without being overly transactional.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple appointments and follow-ups.
• Reliable, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Previous bridal consulting or luxury retail experience is highly preferred.
• Weekend(s) availability is required as part of the retail schedule.
