Job summary

The Privilege Labels Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Bridal Consultant and Designer to be the brand ambassador for The Proposal. The role combines premium customer service with fashion consultations, dress fitting coordination with our in-house seamstress, and driving sales at our Capitol Singapore store.

Weekend work is required and occasional travel to Jakarta (<20%) is expected. The ideal candidate has a fashion background, excellent communication, a strong team spirit, and a passion for luxury bridal fashion.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in fashion or related field.
• Prior experience in bridal or luxury retail preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct sales appointments with clients and provide exceptional service.
• Coordinate dress fittings with in-house seamstress.
• Respond to inquiries via email, phone and WhatsApp.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
• Manage appointments, stock and sales reports.
• Provide fashion trends feedback to Directors.
• Travel to Jakarta store (<20%).
