Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience or formal training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Obtained food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
• Able to read and write English.

Responsabilités

• Assist department head to monitor departmental costs against budget.
• Communicate difficulties and guest or internal feedback to supervisor.
• Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.
• Attend daily briefings and training sessions.
• Prepare, present, decorate and store dishes as assigned.
• Produce high-quality food according to standard recipes.
• Prepare in advance food, beverages, materials and equipment.
• Clean and reset work area; adhere to health and safety policies.
• Follow OH&S policies and hotel regulations; ensure safe operations.
• Log security incidents and accidents as required.
