ibis Styles Singapore on MacPherson is seeking a motivated kitchen operative to prepare food orders accurately following recipes, maintain hygiene standards, and support busy hotel operations.

You will collaborate with the culinary team to deliver quality service in a fast-paced environment, uphold safety and hygiene, and contribute to a positive guest experience. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, detail-minded, and ready to participate in Accor Hotels training programs.

Mansioni

• Prepare food orders following recipes and ensure correct portion sizes for consistent quality
• Prepare raw cooking materials and other required products to meet menu standards
• Complete thorough mis-en-place to support efficient kitchen operations
• Store raw food materials according to established standards to maintain freshness and safety
• Collaborate closely with the Leading Cook and Chef De Partie to coordinate kitchen tasks
• Observe and enforce all hygiene standards during food preparation to ensure safety and compliance
• Follow and uphold all hotel and departmental rules and regulations consistently
• Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards to meet hospitality requirements
• Provide functional assistance and guidance to support daily kitchen operations
