Job summary

Noah Holdings Singapore is expanding its Brand Advisor referral network to bring Accredited Investors and HNW clients into the Noah platform. The role emphasizes field work, relationship-building, and a disciplined approach to partnerships and compliance.

You will operate with partners across law, accounting, immigration, real estate and family office services, with English and Mandarin daily communication.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Singapore in BD, coverage or marketing at a wealth manager, private bank, trust company or family office service provider.
• Active local network you can call on today in at least one Brand Advisor category.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; able to work daily with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Build, activate and sustain a high-quality Brand Advisor referral network in Singapore to generate a steady pipeline of Accredited Investor and HNW clients.
• Acquire and activate Brand Advisors: map targets, run outreach, and sign Introducer Agreements in compliance with MAS requirements.
• Own the Channel → Lead → Client funnel, ensure data integrity, and provide feedback to partners to improve referral quality.
• Plan and run partner events and provide compliant, client-ready materials; support due diligence and compliance reviews.
