Noah Singapore, the wealth-management arm of Noah Holdings Limited, is seeking a dynamic Brand Advisor and BD lead to expand a premier partner network across law, accounting, immigration, real estate, and media. You will own the full BD lifecycle from first contact to Introducer Agreement, while coordinating with Compliance to meet MAS standards.
In this Singapore-based role, you will activate partners, drive referrals, plan co-branded events, and ensure a high-quality, compliant client pipeline
Map and systematically expand Noah Singapore's Brand Advisor target list across law firms, accounting practices, immigration consultancies, insurance brokerages, premium real estate, family office service providers, peer-advisory networks, education consultancies, and Chinese-language media KOLs
Initiate first contact through cold outreach, industry events, mutual introductions, shared-client situations, and high-touch social settings
Own the full BD lifecycle from first meeting, value alignment, framework discussion, through to the signing of the Introducer Agreement
Partner with Compliance to ensure every Brand Advisor arrangement is structured in line with MAS expectations on Introducer arrangements
Serve as the single point of contact for each signed Brand Advisor — understanding their client profile, referral cadence, and incentive preferences, and tailoring how the relationship is run
Design and operate the Brand Advisor activation playbook: first-referral incentives, tiered commissions, annual Top Partner recognition, exclusive client appreciation dinners, CIO breakfast briefings, and similar programs
Drive Brand Advisors from "occasional introductions" to "predictable pipeline": improving monthly / quarterly referral frequency, referrals per partner, and conversion rate
Handle day-to-day partner requests: commission settlement follow-up, client progress updates, marketing collateral refreshes, and ad-hoc issue resolution
Take first contact with referred leads, qualify intent, and hand off to the appropriate RM / Banker for KYC, suitability assessment, and product execution
Build a tight lead-handoff process with the Singapore Booking Center RM team — ensuring that every Brand Advisor's client is "caught well, followed closely, and serviced properly"
Track every lead through the full funnel — Channel → Lead → Client → AUM — and own the data integrity of that funnel
Close the loop with Brand Advisors on lead quality and conversion data, so they progressively introduce higher-quality clients over time
Organize small-format Brand Advisor enablement sessions: product roadshows, market view briefings, compliance and tax-themed salons
Plan and execute co-branded client events with Brand Advisors: client appreciation dinners, expert sessions, family succession forums, and Pre-IPO closed-door briefings
Curate and provide Brand Advisors with compliant client-facing marketing materials (factsheets, one-pagers, monthly market views)
Operate within MAS regulatory expectations for Introducer arrangements (exemption conditions under FAA Section 23, disclosure obligations, and transparency of commission arrangements)
Support Compliance in conducting Brand Advisor background due diligence (Adverse Media / Sanctions Screening), partnership agreement review, and annual compliance refresh
Ensure every Brand Advisor understands the line between an Introducer and a Sales role — Introducers must not provide investment advice or transact on behalf of clients
Identify and manage compliance risk in cross-border referral scenarios spanning SG / HK / Mainland China / Indonesia / Malaysia
3 – 6 years of Singapore-based working experience, with a background in at least one of:
BD, Coverage, or Marketing role at a wealth manager, private bank, insurance brokerage, trust company, or family office service provider
Client-facing role at a premium real estate firm, immigration consultancy, law firm, accounting practice, or the private client desk of a commercial bank
Channel or Partnerships role at a leading third-party wealth platform or fintech
Working fluency in the wealth management business: ability to distinguish the product logic of mutual funds, private funds, insurance, trusts, and structured products; familiarity with the commercial mechanics of AUM, commissions, retrocession, and performance fees
An immediately activatable local network: real, callable contacts within at least one Brand Advisor category — lawyers, accountants, immigration consultants, insurance brokers, real estate agents, or family office service providers. We are not interested in "500+ connections" on LinkedIn
Hands‑on Singapore BD experience: you have done cold outreach, you have run live events, you have worked the business reception circuit — you know how to turn a cup of coffee into a signed Introducer Agreement
Working knowledge of MAS regulatory expectations on Introducer arrangements (if not currently held, must be achieved through internal compliance training within three months of joining)
Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate substantively with Chinese‑speaking HNW clients and Brand Advisors
A believer in hustle: you'd rather be in the field than at your desk. You believe relationships are built on the ground, not in inboxes
Numbers‑driven: you can set, track, and iterate your own KPIs — signed partners, activation rate, referrals per partner, conversion rate, AUM contribution. You understand the funnel and live inside it
Long‑term orientation in relationships: you will not sacrifice a partner's trust for a single deal. You understand that the partner who introduces one client this year may introduce ten next year
Cross‑functional execution: you can land outcomes across Product, RM, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations. You don't pass the ball — you carry it
EQ in the room: you can switch register fluidly between a lawyer's precision, an immigration consultant's pragmatism, a real estate agent's directness, and a media KOL's flair
