ABOUT NOAH
Noah Holdings is a wealth management group headquartered in Singapore, serving global Chinese high-net-worth families. Since 2005, the Noah team has built a platform spanning 9 countries and regions, dual primary-listed on the NYSE (NOAH) and HKEX (6686). Our three platforms work together: ARK for accounts and investment execution, Olive for long-term allocation across private markets, and Glory for global family legacy and lifestyle services.
THE ROLE
This role serves Noah Singapore's family office clients from first conversation to annual compliance. Working with licensed corporate service providers, law firms and other professional partners, you will help clients through family office setup and Section 13O/13U incentive applications, Singapore company incorporation, pass applications for families relocating to Singapore, and the ongoing administration of related entities. You will be the client's day-to-day contact and the person who coordinates internal teams and external firms until each matter is closed out.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Client service
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact: clarify needs, share progress and follow every matter through
- Turn client needs into checklists, roadmaps, timelines and document lists
- Coordinate internal teams and external professional firms, flag issues early and keep records trackable
Family office setup and Section 13O/13U
- SFO: support fund vehicle and management company structuring, and coordinate ACRA incorporation (through licensed providers), bank account opening, hiring of investment professionals and required MAS notifications
- Non-SFO: coordinate arrangements with licensed fund managers, including fund vehicles (e.g. VCC), investment management agreements, KYC onboarding, fund administrators and custodians
- Help prepare and track 13O/13U applications with lawyers, tax advisors and fund administrators, and respond to MAS requests
- Run an annual compliance calendar covering incentive conditions (AUM, investment professionals, local business spending, local investment), filings and audits; brief clients and colleagues on MAS and IRAS policy updates
Company incorporation and post-incorporation support (through licensed corporate service providers)
- Help clients prepare for incorporation: company type, SSIC codes, shareholder, director and beneficial owner structure, resident director, paid-up capital and registered address
- Coordinate the client's company secretary on name application, ACRA registration, constitution, statutory registers (including the Register of Registrable Controllers) and secretary appointment
- Support bank KYC and source-of-funds documentation; help coordinate GST and CPF set-up where relevant; align timelines with onshore firms where funds come from Mainland China (e.g. ODI filing)
- Help clients keep track of AGMs, ACRA annual returns, financial statements and audit exemption, ECI and Form C-S/C filings, and changes to officers and particulars, working with their company secretary, accountants and auditors
Pass applications
- Assist with EP, EP-PIC, DP and LTVP applications, renewals and maintenance, working with the employer and licensed professional firms
- Help clients keep company substance (capital, activities, staffing, salaries) consistent with pass applications under COMPASS, and track renewal dates
Entity administration with licensed partners
- Work with licensed trustees and corporate service providers on the administration of client structures and their underlying companies: KYC/AML records, document execution, periodic reviews, and secretarial, accounting, audit, tax and banking follow-up
- Maintain registers, key document lists and annual calendars so deadlines are flagged and completed work is recorded
Service providers and process
- Build and manage a network of company secretaries, accountants, auditors, tax advisors, lawyers, fund administrators, banks and trustees; agree scope, fees, timelines and delivery standards
- Build reusable SOPs and checklists for incorporation, family office setup, 13O/13U, EP applications and entity administration
- Use digital and AI tools for client records, task tracking, document management and knowledge bases
Working within professional boundaries
- Gather information and flag risks on immigration, tax, legal or regulatory questions, and refer them to qualified professionals; never make commitments beyond your authority
WHAT YOU BRING
Must-have
- Bachelor's degree; finance, accounting, law, business, trust or wealth management backgrounds preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience delivering projects independently or through external providers
- Strong written and spoken Mandarin for working with Chinese-speaking HNW clients, and working English for documents and local providers
- Strong service mindset and execution; able to run several matters in parallel
- Clear awareness of the limits of your expertise, and the judgement to **escalate** early
Expertise in at least one of the following (two or more preferred)
- Family office and fund incentives: Section 13O/13U process and annual compliance; SFO vs Non-SFO; VCC or fund administration experience a plus
- Singapore passes: EP, EP-PIC, DP and LTVP processes, MOM rules and COMPASS
- Trust and fiduciary administration: private trusts, PTCs or corporate trusts (ESOP/EBT), trust documentation, KYC/AML and underlying companies
- Company incorporation, corporate secretarial and tax: ACRA registration, constitution, statutory registers, bank account opening, AGMs, annual returns, ECI and corporate tax filings
Nice to have
- Experience at a family office, trust company, corporate secretarial firm, accounting firm, law firm, fund administrator, immigration consultancy or private bank
- An existing network of Singapore service providers
- Familiarity with outbound investment procedures from Mainland China (e.g. ODI)
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You don't need to master every area, but you should have solid experience in at least one and be willing to learn the rest quickly. What matters most: integrity, client focus, execution, coordination and a willingness to learn.
Care is what expertise is for.
