ABOUT NOAH
Noah Holdings is a wealth management group headquartered in Singapore, serving global Chinese high-net-worth families. Since 2005, the Noah team has built a platform spanning 9 countries and regions, dual primary-listed on the NYSE (NOAH) and HKEX (6686). Our three platforms work together: ARK for accounts and investment execution, Olive for long-term allocation across private equity, venture capital, real assets and infrastructure, and Glory for global family legacy and lifestyle services.
THE ROLE
Accredited Investors in Singapore rarely walk into a wealth firm. They are introduced: by their lawyer, their accountant, their immigration consultant, their insurance broker, the agent showing them a property, the family office service provider structuring their affairs, or a peer at a CEO roundtable.
We call these trusted figures Brand Advisors. They do not sell financial products, but their clients are the families we serve.
Your mission is to build, activate and sustain a high-quality Brand Advisor referral network in Singapore, generating a steady pipeline of Accredited Investor and HNW clients for Noah Singapore. This role is built for someone who does their best work in the field, over coffee and over dinner, and who reads industries as well as they read people.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Partner acquisition
- Map and expand our Brand Advisor target list across law firms, accounting practices, immigration consultancies, insurance brokerages, premium real estate, family office service providers, peer-advisory networks, education consultancies, Chinese-language media and industry associations
- Open doors through cold outreach, industry events, mutual introductions and shared-client situations
- Own the full cycle from first meeting to a signed Introducer Agreement
- Work with Compliance so every arrangement meets MAS expectations for introducers
Partner activation and retention
- Be the single point of contact for each signed Brand Advisor: their client profile, referral rhythm and incentive preferences
- Design and run the activation playbook: first-referral recognition, tiered incentives, annual Top Partner programme, client appreciation dinners, CIO breakfast briefings
- Move partners from occasional introductions to a predictable pipeline: referral frequency, referrals per partner, conversion rate
- Handle day-to-day partner needs: incentive settlement, client progress updates, collateral refreshes, issue resolution
Lead conversion
- Take first contact with referred clients, qualify intent and hand off to the right Relationship Manager for KYC, suitability and execution
- Build a tight handoff process with the Singapore RM team so every referred client is received well and followed closely
- Own the Channel → Lead → Client → AUM funnel and its data integrity
- Share lead-quality and conversion feedback with partners so referral quality improves over time
Enablement and events
- Run small-format partner sessions: product roadshows, market-view briefings, compliance-themed salons
- Co-host client events with partners: appreciation dinners, expert sessions, family legacy forums, private-markets briefings
- Provide partners with compliant, client-ready materials (factsheets, one-pagers, monthly market views)
Compliance partnership
- Operate within MAS requirements on introducer arrangements, including disclosure and transparency of fee arrangements
- Support Compliance on partner due diligence (adverse media and sanctions screening), agreement review and annual refresh
- Make sure every partner understands the line between introducing and advising: introducers do not give investment advice or transact for clients
- Identify and manage risk in referrals involving clients across Singapore, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Indonesia and Malaysia
WHAT YOU BRING
Must-have
- 3–6 years of experience in the Singapore market, in BD, coverage or marketing at a wealth manager, private bank, insurance brokerage, trust company or family office service provider; in a client-facing role at a premium real estate firm, immigration consultancy, law firm, accounting practice or a bank's private client desk; or in channel or partnerships at a wealth platform or fintech
- Working knowledge of wealth products and economics: mutual funds, private funds, insurance and structured products; AUM, commissions, retrocession and performance fees
- An active local network you can call on today in at least one Brand Advisor category. We value real relationships over connection counts
- Hands-on BD experience in Singapore: cold outreach, live events, and turning a first coffee into a signed agreement
- Familiarity with MAS expectations on introducer arrangements (or the ability to reach working proficiency through our compliance training within three months)
- Professional fluency in English and Mandarin, as the role works daily with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners
How you work
- Field-first: you build relationships in person, not only by email
- Numbers-driven: you set, track and iterate your own KPIs, from signed partners and activation rate to referrals per partner, conversion and AUM contribution
- Long-term: you will not trade a partner's trust for a single deal
- Cross-functional: you get things done across Product, RM, Compliance, Marketing and Operations
- Adaptable: you can match a lawyer's precision, an immigration consultant's pragmatism, an agent's directness and a media personality's style
Nice to have
- Client coverage experience at a local bank's priority or private client franchise, or channel experience at a wealth platform
- Exposure to the Singapore family office and investment-migration ecosystem (e.g. 13O/13U, GIP, EntrePass)
- Experience serving globally mobile Chinese clients from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Indonesia or Malaysia
- A meaningful private network (clubs, chambers of commerce, alumni and industry associations)
- Comfort using AI tools in your daily workflow
- Ability to explain private markets (pre-IPO, private equity, hedge funds) credibly to partners
WHAT WE OFFER
- An institution partners already recognise: listed on NYSE and HKEX, operating since 2005, headquartered in Singapore
- A product shelf that gives partners confidence to introduce their best clients, including private equity, venture capital and hedge fund access through Olive
- Direct access to Product, Compliance, Marketing and Events teams, with short decision paths
