Job summary

Noah Holdings Limited in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager for Multi-Product Operations to oversee private funds, public funds, structured products and treasury functions. Qualifications

Onboarding, KYC, trade processing, settlement and client lifecycle across private funds, public funds or securities.
Knowledge of fund subscription/redemption flows and cross-market settlement.

Responsibilities

Manage private and US fund operations including subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions and NAV data.
Support outsourced operations for Noah's US funds with the US team and providers.
Handle subscriptions, redemptions and platform dealing for public funds and structured products.
Oversee securities back-office ops: onboarding, funding, settlement, clearing, reconciliation and FX.
Develop and improve MAS-compliant controls and SOPs; collaborate with product, tech and compliance.
