Noah Singapore, the wealth-management arm of Noah Holdings Limited, is seeking a dynamic Brand Advisor and BD lead to expand a premier partner network across law, accounting, immigration, real estate, and media. You will own the full BD lifecycle from first contact to Introducer Agreement, while coordinating with Compliance to meet MAS standards.

In this Singapore-based role, you will activate partners, drive referrals, plan co-branded events, and ensure a high-quality, compliant client pipeline

Competenze

• 3–6 years of Singapore-based working experience in BD, coverage, or marketing within wealth management
• Client-facing experience at premium real estate, immigration, law, accounting, or private client desks
• Strong local network within Brand Advisor categories and ability to turn coffee into signed Introducer agreements
• Working knowledge of MAS regulatory expectations on Introducer arrangements
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for HNW client interaction

• Expand Noah Singapore's Brand Advisor target list across multiple sectors
• Own the full BD lifecycle from first meeting to Introducer Agreement and handoff to RM/Banker
• Manage lead funnel: Channel → Lead → Client → AUM with data integrity
• Plan and execute co-branded client events and activation playbooks
• Coordinate with Compliance to ensure MAS-compliant Introducer arrangements
• Maintain day-to-day partner communications and incentive structures to drive referrals
• Track partner performance and optimize conversion and AUM contributions
