Qualifications

• 3-4 years of retail store management experience.
• Experience with fashion/lifestyle/e-commerce brands with a global presence.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
• Energetic and self-motivated with strong customer service.
• Proven communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Retail Manager to develop and implement retail strategies.
• Review market trends and competitive analysis for sustainable growth.
• Conduct regular reviews to improve store operations and team culture.
• Mentor and coach both full-time and part-time staff with People Operations support.
• Lead customer experience and maintain brand culture through service language and tone.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, inventory accuracy, and store appearance.
