RSM - Singapore is engaged with an international advertising agency client seeking a senior account director to lead client relationships, strategy, and delivery across print, digital and content production. You will steer cross-functional teams, manage profitability, and ensure client objectives are met with innovative, award-worthy output.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to grow business while maintaining strong partnerships with senior clients

Qualifikationen

• At least 7 years experience in advertising/marketing or related service delivery.
• Leadership experience managing an account servicing team or project teams.
• Strong financial planning and budget management experience.

Aufgaben

• Risk management of projects in execution and delivery phases.
• Anticipate potential issues and proactively find effective solutions, mitigations, or contingencies.
• Strong organisational skills and oversight of project and asset management, and finance tracking.
• Manage profitability of project costs against resource utilisation and provide solutions when required.
• Responsible for P&L – sustaining account growth, diversification and profitability.
• Continuously seek opportunities to grow the business and expand client relationships.
• Aware of SOWs for social and digital projects and how to apply best practices.
• Partner with creative teams to ensure high-quality solutions that meet client objectives.
• Lead cross-functional interactions and foster a productive team culture.
• Demonstrate creative problem solving and influence in internal processes and client work.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to reporting team.
• Establish strong partnerships with mid-to-senior clients as the go-to senior solutions lead.
• Understand industry and social/digital trends and evaluate their impact on clients.
