Job summary

Vertical Institute is Singapore's AI and technology training provider seeking a Brand & Communications Executive to support the brand presence and marketing communications across channels.

You will create engaging content, coordinate marketing activities, and ensure consistent messaging. This hands-on role involves working with the marketing team to promote programmes and strengthen relationships with learners, alumni, industry partners, and professionals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand communications, content, or a related field within EdTech, education, or professional training.
• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Practical experience supporting social media management, content development, marketing campaigns, or brand communications.
• Strong written communication and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics, email campaign metrics, and marketing performance reporting.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, designers, agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently on assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support brand marketing initiatives across social media and other relevant marketing channels.
• Coordinate social media content planning, scheduling, and publishing in line with the marketing calendar.
• Develop and adapt content promoting courses, workshops, events, instructor insights, and learner success stories.
• Ensure brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity remain consistent across marketing materials and communications.
• Assist in developing creative content ideas that improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Monitor social media activity and identify opportunities to improve content relevance and performance.
• Stay updated on trends in AI, technology, professional development, and education.
