Talent Trader Group seeks an enthusiastic e-commerce professional to drive our brand.com sales and profitability. You will develop and execute ecommerce strategies, handle online customer enquiries, and work with marketing on campaigns to boost conversions.

Collaborating with logistics, you will ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery, monitor performance, and push for page improvements while gathering insights for best practices and SOP enhancements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Diploma in Marketing/Digital Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of e-commerce operations experience, preferably FMCG.
• Prior experience in managing brand.com e-commerce operations is ideal.

• Responsible for driving company brand.com ecommerce sales
• Develop and execute e-commerce strategy and ensure profitability of company brand.com
• Attend to all customers' online sales enquiries and feedback
• Work with marketing team on marketing campaigns & promotions
• Develop and implement ecommerce online campaigns to drive sales conversion
• Ensure smooth customer buying journey online
• Work with logistics department to ensure smooth operations in terms of order fulfillment and order delivery
• To monitor performance analysis and webpage enhancement
• Gather and review insights, best practices, new social selling initiatives, etc.
• Assist in developing and improving SOPs
• Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor or Diploma in Marketing/ Digital Marketing or equivalent
• At least 2 - 3 year of e-commerce operations experience, preferably from FMCG industry background
• Prior experience in managing brand.com e-commerce operations will be ideal
