Job summary

Noah Singapore Securities is building a next-generation securities platform in Singapore. We are seeking a Securities Dealing Lead to drive the front-office dealing capability, oversee the end-to-end client journey, and partner with product, technology, compliance and operations to deliver MAS-compliant, scalable trading solutions.

You will lead the launch of core trading capabilities, engage with corporate and high-net-worth clients, and work in a lean team focused on growth, client experience

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Singapore brokerage dealing, trading support or related client trading service functions.
• Strong understanding of equity and related securities workflows and client needs.
• MAS-regulated brokerage requirements knowledge, including trading controls and client protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build-out of the dealing function in Singapore, launching core trading capabilities and optimising the trading process.
• Own the front-office journey from onboarding to trading and servicing, linking with back-end execution.
• Collaborate with product, technology, compliance, operations and client service to define local requirements and support release readiness.
• Establish robust dealing support, order handling, escalation and client enquiry processes to protect clients and improve service.
• Engage with marketing and client acquisition plans; leverage networks to engage potential clients including high-net-worth individuals and corporates.
• Promote brokerage products including equities, mutual funds, structured products, derivatives and private funds.
• Participate in client meetings and events to generate leads and deepen relationships.
