Job summary

DIVISION COMMUNICATIONS in Singapore is seeking an energetic Event Coordinator to support planning and execution of brand activations, launches, exhibitions and events. You will coordinate suppliers, venues, logistics and manpower to ensure seamless delivery.

The role includes creating run sheets, timelines and proposals, site visits, and onsite support during show days, with flexibility for evenings or weekends as required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in events, brand activations, production, or a creative agency environment.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace to support event documentation and communication
• Strong organisation, communication, and multitasking skills demonstrated through managing multiple event tasks
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to solve problems independently to handle event challenges
• Immediate or short-notice availability to support urgent event needs

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of brand activations, launches, exhibitions, and events to achieve successful outcomes
• Coordinate suppliers, venues, logistics, manpower, and production requirements to meet event objectives
• Prepare detailed project timelines, quotations, budgets, proposals, and event run sheets to guide event progress
• Conduct site visits, supplier follow-ups, and production checks to ensure quality and compliance
• Collaborate effectively with creative, production, and project management teams to align event goals
• Assist in managing events onsite, overseeing setup, show days, and dismantling to ensure smooth operations
• Adapt to onsite work environments and support occasional evening or weekend events as required
