Our Client

We are representing a fast-growing regional distributor in the beauty and wellness space — a company that connects leading retailers across Asia with the world’s most exciting emerging brands. With a strong foundation in Korean Beauty and premium wellness, they partner with well‑known chains such as Watsons, Guardian, Sasa, and Sephora, and are rapidly expanding into new APAC markets.

This is an opportunity to own end-to-end brand and account growth across some of Asia’s most in-demand beauty, health, and lifestyle categories — from launch strategy and trade marketing to retail execution and commercial performance.

The Role

You’ll drive the growth of exclusive Korean beauty, health and wellness brands, as well as premium international names across APAC retailers. This hybrid position blends brand management, retail operations, and account management, suited for someone who enjoys both strategic brand building and hands‑on retail execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key retail partners (Watsons, Guardian, Sephora, etc.) to deliver strong sell‑in/sell‑through and sustainable growth.
  • Oversee product distribution cycles: listings, launches, pricing, documentation, and promotions.
  • Track commercial performance, budgets, and category profitability, and prepare actionable forecasts.
  • Plan and execute trade and digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with retailers and creative agencies.
  • Ensure merchandising and in‑store execution meet brand guidelines and drive visibility.
  • Analyse market trends and competitors to refine pricing, assortment, and promotional strategy.
  • Lead sales negotiations, secure favourable commercial terms, and renew retailer partnerships.
  • Liaise with logistics to manage inventory flow, avoid shortages/overstocks, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate POs, invoicing, and pricing updates via retailer portals; work closely with finance on reconciliation.
  • Conduct store visits and maintain on‑ground visibility of brand performance and execution quality.
Ideal Profile
  • 3–5 years’ experience in brand management, key account management, or retail operations within beauty, personal care, or health categories.
  • Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and equally comfortable managing strategy and day‑to‑day execution.
  • Familiarity with major chain retailers in Singapore or regional markets preferred.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese a plus for liaising with regional partners.
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and willing to roll up your sleeves in a fast‑moving environment.
